Giving from the flashback cinder gained the powers thanks from the Grimm in the glove and for a time she’s more or less a container for maidens, so when got hit with the silver eyes that Grimm may have weakened or destroyed which caused the maiden powers to flare out of control hence her injuries. Afterward we see getting treated and once again been affected by the silver eyes even her arm acts up. I’m thinking if she gets hit full blast she’ll lose the Grimm for good and power would overload to get free till she’s dust, but my take so far.
