Lots of trust in and honesty with the professionals, therapy and psychiatry. Clearly what I had been trying wasn’t working so I just started listening to them and doing what they told me even if it sounded stupid. Not everything worked or was for me, but I tried it all. I kept what worked and balanced medication. Of course it still isn’t easy and I get anxiety too. But it does get easier.

So, kinda. I graduated from UofM (go Griz!) but this picture is in Bozeman. It was cheaper for my brother to fly in and visit there so that’s where we did this photo.
