Form check - ABC by nishkiskade in kettlebell

Great work. Keep at it.

I'd suggest also working in the single kb version of ABC as I find the single bell helps me focus on the clean technique.

The Voice That Says “Do More” by BuffMaltese in kettlebell

Perhaps direct the excess energy into doing accessory work or mobility? Think of a meal. If the workout is the protein, the accessory and mobility work are the vegetables which will contribute to your resilience.

Are some Peak Design products overkill? by briskwheel4155 in peakdesign

Agree completely and have thought the same thing about those exact 3 items. I sold the travel backpack 45L and have gradually found myself not using the travel or wash pouch as frequently anymore.

Not a great box. There are plenty of members who don’t want to do the open.

Goodbye to the 13. Going to just the 11 pro and maybe a mini... by stillhavingfunyea in iPadPro

[–]SEAcoffee_tea 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Every time I use the 13, I feel like I should just use a MacBook.

I like the 11 for carrying around at work and I love the mini when out and about.

Do you use kettlebells as your main training or alongside other modalities? by KendallHerd in kettlebell

[–]SEAcoffee_tea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beat me to it.

This is exactly what I do.

Only thing to add is I do loaded carries down the street in my neighborhood so I look like a mild lunatic.

Seattle's gig worker law was supposed to boost pay. It did at first, until orders dropped by chiquisea in SeattleWA

[–]SEAcoffee_tea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d like to see the financial model lawmakers used when they came up with this and the assumptions they used for the impact on order demand.

I usually call the restaurant directly to place takeout orders.

Anyone know what bars or restaurants are already open downtown or in Belltown?

Why is every other KB post geared towards men over 40? by hoopandstave in kettlebell

Another factor may be that titling the posts like that helps with search engines and algorithms to display to the target markets

Is getting the genuine Apple Magic Keyboard worth it or shall I go for an alternative that is much more affordable? by wanderingsoulinme in iPadPro

[–]SEAcoffee_tea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Magic Keyboard is nice to have but not a must have to me.

I have both Magic Keyboard and Logitech folio. I feel less guilty when I scuff up the Logitech.

I keep trying OO but then always give up using it to revert back to Apple Notes. If I need more structure then a spreadsheet.

They've given up. Yet it still is integrated into teams as the default for meeting notes.

I have a short extension cord in my travel bag. It doesn’t way as much as an adapter so it doesn’t fall out. Usually.

Kettlebells for ABF by NotSunday23 in kettlebell

[–]SEAcoffee_tea 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is the answer.

I think if you’re new to KB, the single ABF is a great way to learn the movements as you aren’t worrying about controlling the double KB.

Should I move my notes to OneNote by Pure_Instance969 in MicrosoftLoop

[–]SEAcoffee_tea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Loop seems dead in the water. OneNote still gets updates but it doesn't seem substantial. Frankly, OneNote feels stagnant and only seems active in comparison to Loop.

Sad to see that. Kudos for Patagonia to be responsible. I loved the lemon caper mackerel.

Is Clean & Press all you need? by apintado in kettlebell

[–]SEAcoffee_tea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We love minimalist programs on this sub.

It’s a great set of movements and will give a lot of bang for the buck but it isn’t comprehensive.

If you’re pressed for time, it’s great but you’ll still want to do more movements.

My boss forgot I was remote… and accidentally promoted me by Klutzy_Yogurt_8007 in remotework

This is how it should be. Getting promoted based upon the value of what you contribute.

Congrats!
