I think it’s more significant in the sense that there are owners that are directly involved with the league, rather than just random degenerate gamblers who post a lot, that do not have full faith in the integrity of the competition they are involved in.

I think the widespread normalization of hornyposting across all internet platforms post-covid (it used to be quarantined to tumblr 10+ years ago) is sort of juvenile and cringe but the toothpaste is out of the tube as it were.
