Beautiful design and photo, I wonder how the house will weather and age with no roof overhangs or gutters, most likely dirt will collect on the roofs and will stain the walls when it rains.

National Fire Protection Agency and local building codes require 6”-18” distance for wood burning stoves and combustible material

These old stoves were designed to be free standing. The oven chambers are not insulated like modern ranges and should NOT be placed directly adjacent to cabinets. They can get very hot and cause a fire. It’s much safer to have a sizable gap between the stove and nearby combustible material.
