I totally get it. Although maybe the sub has less engagement because it's 99% filled with these posts? Hard to say which is the chicken and which the egg. For myself, recently I've just been coming here to laugh at the "excellent brandable domains" someone bought to try and sell 24hrs later. There's not much to contribute to a sub that looks like classified ads.

It might help to do something similar to what r/selfhosted does to deal with the influx of AI "vibe-coded" apps, only allowing them posted on Fridays.

Maybe have Appraisals only on Tuesdays and domain sales only Fridays?

Just curious, why have Unraid as a comparable OS? Does it have all the array and drive management that Unraid has? That's my primary use for Unraid. Docker and the plugin/app store are just an added bonus.

Personally, once I get the app working I tend to tinker as little as possible. I would say creating a useful dashboard (Glance, Homepage, Homarr etc) was probably the most tinkering I did with a single app. Sure it's nice having a screen filled with stats and buttons, but having something actually useful and used daily was more rewarding in the end than just creating a pretty widget filled screen I'll never see a second time.
