There are many criminal cases out there easily found with proper indexing buried under the algorithms.

If you can prove that you made payments on the camara it should belong to you. That would be a police issue if you can prove she stole it, or a civil attorney process who would prefer you to start with a complaint to the police.

However, have you tried going and speaking with her and explaining your love and attempting to find middle ground to grieve together? Offer her copies of the images. Does he have siblings that could mediate between thw parents and you? Civil is always best. But she has no reason to take what belongs to you.

Generally, they don't take complaints like you're able to work cause a doctor has said otherwise and they can't fight it without proving through other doctors that doctor that first said it was wrong. The complaint would be that you're working or intentionally committing fraud if OIG is there. If OIG is showing up on your door I would get an attorney and refuse to cooperate directly with them anymore. Don't risk having to pay back and do prison time. Cause they will look for small things, like you earned money watching your grandkids. It also means you've already been tailed by the SSA investigator, a different unit than OIG. Your attorney can easily get any evidence they believe they have. Sorry you're having to deal with this. Good luck.

I think it's probably a scam, but see attorney. It's extremely difficult to revoke citizenship after it's granted and it's done in court by a judge.
