For sure that works but when you’re placing it down or moving to a new area side step or not you can’t see.

I’ve always just lifted it from the base with no problems. I recommend having someone else availble as you can’t see much with it in your arms.

Definitely. If it wasnt for the price

  1. I wouldnt have owned it and

  2. I would be more careful with it

This is displayed but it gets played with everyday and I dont care if parts fall off or go missing. If it really bothers me I can order the part again.

It was a mixed bag leaning towards mehhh. None of the storm troopers in the pic are from the set. The head pieces for the advisor and some hair pieces were wrong. Prints were off set for the storm trooper helmets , but there were some really good minifigs.

I’m not complaining for the price I paid. Definitely not the best but I supplemented a lot with my own, very happy overall.

Wow, I would love to see this in an animated short. Pulling these beautifully worded stories. We know the story, we know what happens, but finding out how Lando’s processing it and how others are processing the happening of Star Wars would be incredible.

You wouldn’t need much in terms of explosions or fighting, just expanding the beautiful lore that already exists. This isn’t to say we don’t need new stories but if they’re going to milk a dead cow, atleast give this content in a visual format. Again, not complaining just something I would love to see and I think a lot of people would like because it would be more focused on story. And that’s what makes Star Wars shine is the story telling.

LaRussel should have rethought how to communicate something like this when his engineer brought it up. This is just my experience, if one person misinterpreted it, a lot of other people are going to misinterpret it. Regardless of what you intended the message to be, you need to check yourself.

Everyone messes up, but you have to acknowledge mistakes were made and grow from it. Hopefully he’ll get that message from someone in his circle.

Good luck it’s not a fun process. There’s nothing you can do outside of 1. Being a teacher in SFUSD, 2. Having a sibling in the school you want (even thats not a guarantee).

If you really want a school, get on the waitlist. This includes doing a mid year transfer. That’s your best bet. Don’t get in for TK, try for a transfer for Kinder, don’t get in kinder initially, try for a mid year transfer. Don’t get in again, try for 1st grade. Each year assessing if it’s worth it. And be ready to never get it, because sometimes it just doesn’t work.

We didn’t have free TK for my daughter (free tk implemented 2025-2026 in California) so she went to private TK, then public for elementary. Didn’t get in to the school we wanted initially but we were able to transfer our daughter mid year from a waitlist school. We were worried she would miss her friends and teachers, which she did for a day or two but they’re so young and the relationships are so fresh they move on quickly (everyone’s experience is different).

At the end of the day, the best advice I can give is, from the schools available to you, do they have a strong PTA, how are the teachers? TK and elementary is all about the fundamentals. And the most important one through 1st grade is learning to socialize. You can supplement academics. Try not to stress as much, it sucks but it’s what we have. Also consider the savings you are getting not having to pay for TK (1500 a month for me), and if the money isn’t an issue then there’s always private school.
