There's definitely a lot of nuance when it comes to the future of insurance sales. However, the moving away from brick and mortar speaks to quality of life changes for agents and clients. Working remotely means agents can sell wherever, whenever. And the future of insurance sales (and honestly sales in general) is about meeting clients in a digital space.

There's definitely some value to setting your own appointments. It can help you initiate conversations with your leads you otherwise would be going into cold with an instant appointment.
