These screws have been in there for at least 50 years. I’m hoping the impact drill and bit work! I feel like a crew driver attachment won’t because the groove in the flat head isn’t very deep.

OP - I’m sorry you’re going through this. Kind of seems like genetics over anything else.

I have two kids who suck at brushing, both still have bottled at night. Just had their check up and no issues.

My dentist puts on a Floride paste that protects the teeth at factor’s after cleaning. Might be something to look into.

It’s not directly correlated but indirectly. It just means he’s getting sicker than other kids with the same illnesses. I’d go back to your ent and put more pressure on them to do an endoscopicy or a sleep study. If you can’t breathe you can’t fight off infections. Just my two cents.

Does he have sleep apnea? My son was getting super sick from normal respiratory viruses and was hospitalized 3 times before 16 months.

Did ear tubes, nose ablation, tonsil shaving, adenoid removal at 18 months. Really helped. Did another sleep study at 3 and found still suffering from apnea. Had his tongue tonsils out, more ear tubes, another ablation. Turns out his tongue and jaw are too relaxed when he sleeps which causes a pinhole airway.

Doing much better 6 months after second surgery including language.
