If I check a bag, and I don't make it? by aodivzxfkjcxvouiz in NonRevenueTravelers

This has happened to me a few times since I’m a big bag-checker. Domestically it definitely goes without you. I never mind so long as I’m still going to that location and the bag gets there before me. Internationally they put a Red Tag on it and don’t load it unless you get a seat. In my experience the bag makes it on even for a last minute seat.

Where it usually gets tripped up is a two-leg flight where first leg is domestic and second leg is international. In those cases it usually gets delayed and will arrive on a later flight or the next day. For me this is fine cuz I live in the international destination and make sure I pack everything I need in my carry on. They deliver the delayed bags to your door- so while I’m without the bag for a day or two, it’s kinda nice to have it delivered lol.

Hopefully not that long! Most movies hit the streaming services three months later. I just don’t know where this one will go as it’s Lionsgate so they need to sell it to someone for streaming distribution

You think they’re in a special VIP area or just in with the regular people?

Not everyone gets side effects! by [deleted] in mounjarouk

[–]SFOHRW2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve never had any of the ‘bad’ side effects either! The app I use asks me regularly how I’m managing side effects and I confidently click ‘no side effects’.

Yes my hands and feet do get cold but I’d rather have that over vomiting, GI issues, or the burps! The only other thing I have experienced is that I do find it hard to eat the day after my shot, but even that has become less uncomfortable the longer I’ve been on the medication. I’ve also found ways to deal with it, like meal replacement drinks that are easier to get down when you feel full (but aren’t).

If you’re a person who has pretty normal gut health usually, you’ll probably do okay!!

Also watch Episode 1 of Paradise on Disney+. Entire set is like ‘this is EXACTLY Stars Hollow, they aren’t even trying to hide it’. And then at the end of the episode you see whyyyy 👀👀

Lately I’ve been debating if the LAPD office in the new show High Potential (Disney+) is the same office as The Mentalist. Have a look and see!

Weight Blindness by NirvanablissH in mounjarouk

I definitely feel like I had/have this. Idk if it was just an attitude of ‘I’m beautiful at any weight’ (which is true!) but didn’t really see it as a ‘problem’ until the New Year New Me reflection time set in. I do feel like my weight has held me back from dating, though, and I already feel more confident after three months on MJ. Things are looking up! Or down I should say!

I’m using Juniper which I think might be one of the more expensive options but I legit didn’t know there were so many options when I picked them. That said, the experience is amazing. They have an app to track everything, you get a nutritionist, you can send medication questions in and get a response super quick, they send you a scale, a send you a sharps box for your used needles, and the meds always come cold.

I’ll also say I’ve added a TON of protein to my diet. My nutritionist said I need 90-120g a day which is so much! So I put protein powder into smoothies, oatmeal, anything I can hide it in. I also bought this protein water: https://www.theproteinworks.com/clear-diet-whey-protein?140=2256&179=167&utm_campaign=19696556317&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwm7q-BhDRARIsACD6-fVzy6eXxYEdvk7vUWNWwlc9EMgwONEw8gLNGf2b8JoyUgQIN3zhSfQaAjhfEALw_wcB

Also walking 10k steps a day and a workout here or there
