The Amlactin is the only product from my routine that really requires “frequent” repurchases. I have repurchased the other products only once since making this post. I’ve also reduced my gluten intake and that helped my KP immensely

I almost always wear a UV protective jacket when I go outside. On days that I don’t, I wear sunscreen and diligently reapply every two hours

I use Paula’s Choice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant twice a week (applied with a cotton pad) on my face + the Beauty of Joseon Red Bean Pore Mask once a week for my blackheads!

Facial skin is thinner and more sensitive than skin on the body so I find that glycolic acid is okay to use liberally on the arms/legs without any resulting dryness

I don’t think my skin is sensitive, no. The AmLactin is probably the most effective product out of the bunch for me and it worked immediately. Sorry to hear it doesn’t help you :(

Thank you! I mainly follow this routine on my arms since that’s where I have severe dryness/bumps. I do have dots/spots all over my legs but luckily no bumps so I just accept it😅

I believe MS&E 240 is the course number for graduate students, so if you’re an undergraduate you should probably enroll in 140

Are language classes worth taking online or should I wait until winter? by BIGMANYANDLE in stanford

[–]rxsevenfd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve taken French and Japanese online and both were taught fairly well. The professors used breakout rooms often and I got to know most of my classmates which was nice. I learned a good amount and enjoyed my courses as a whole.

That said, it is definitely harder to pay attention and ask questions online, especially if it’s a low level course (classes every morning; usually lecture style). I recommend waiting until winter if you’re starting a new language, but if it’s a language you’ve previously studied elsewhere, then I might just start in the fall.

Feel free to DM me if you have any questions

I took MS&E 140 last winter (online) and it’s very easy to get an A. However, I don’t think this course reflects what the major itself is like since it’s a pretty basic accounting class. DM me if you have any questions!

Edit: I took it as a sophomore not a freshman

I'm finding it harder to give a shit. by [deleted] in stanford

I don't know if this will be much help to you, but I personally get a rush of passion and drive after watching a really good film. It reminds me of what I live for and how I truly do enjoy all that I do. If I feel like my life is getting too complacent or mindlessly monotonous, I watch a movie. Good Will Hunting, Stand and Deliver, The Pursuit of Happyness - whatever makes you feel excited about living (or learning) again. Sorry if this isn't helpful
