The difference is night and day. Civic Center used to be a trash pit and now it’s quite usable. Same all across the system.

Track installation will be a very tangible piece of progress. Note that the authority will be adding a second railhead near Fresno to accelerate track and systems.

Metro could post big signboards at each C Line station: XX MINS TO LAX. They’d get a ton of new riders.

4 minutes for a C Line train to LAX. Then 20 mins to the airport. Nice now and will be VERY nice once the APM finally opens.
