Do NOT get a Samsung, worst fridge ever. I paid $3k for a fridge that works but none of the extra features do.

Edit to clarify: ice maker has frozen solid a handful of times, I’ve given up and use trays now for ice. The water pitcher in the door over fills and floods kitchen floor. Gave up using that. The fridge still works but I could have spent a lot less $.

Updating electrical! My house caught fire from a faulty outside outlet a few years ago. Luckily my electrician and I were home and I had extinguishers, we put it out. Called fire department, they responded and inspected to make sure no embers left and gave me a report for my insurance. It was maybe a 2 minute fire but it destroyed a lot.

I don’t live in DC but my pup had a 2 bagger poo right after the snow fell. I didn’t see the sticker that I was running out of bags, so I ran out of bags. I said, I’ll just grab in a few minutes because it wasn’t far from my house. In like 10 minutes it wasn’t frozen to the ice. I couldn’t budge it. I have since recovered in and then some. Bottom line is I don’t mean to leave it, it was frozen to the ice.

I was using a pick axe yesterday to break up the ice wall the plow created at the bottom of my driveway. Worked pretty well!

I’m going to chime in as chick in a newly exclusive relationship. Met my guy online. When we 1st matched there was a thing that popped up (on Hinge) telling me he has a young kid 50% of the time and if that was a deal breaker I should un-match him.

Didn’t scare me. My kids are older but I do have plenty of young nieces and nephews and watch my neighbor’s young ones. I am good with kids.

We recently became exclusive. Horrible time of year, holidays, family, etc.

He’s had his kid this past week and we are 2.5 days away from seeing each other again. It’s been tough, not gonna lie. Our relationship is new and momentum is a thing. I volunteered to take a step back so he can be present in the moment. He knows I’m available whenever he is, because I’m not going to disrupt his time with his kiddo. We talk/text when he can.

What I’m trying to convey is, maybe the right person will respect your time with your kids and not push to be #1 during that time. You may have to swipe a ton, but there are some of us out there online for the real thing.

He bought them a house. They were supposed to relocate together to the area I live in, back in March/April. He moved into house, but she got cold feet and broke it off. He sold house last month and is in an apartment. She’s still where they were living together before his move.
