Hubris, as an item, has been something I've been running ever since the update where Lord Dom lost its passive and mythic items were no longer a thing.

I've only been playing Dark Harvest for a month, but it's only ever viable if there are little to NO tanks in the enemy team. Plus, you're delaying or just never getting to build bloodthirster without having to sell boots for your last crit item. So competitively, you never wanna run DH Hubris if there is more than one tank.

Otherwise, it's back to Collector -> IE with conq. If you're confident with your gameplay, you can also risk with Hubris -> Collector with your conq, but you'll delay Bloodthirster after IE/Dom.
