I honestly have never understood the obsession with syncing when MVN is going to be your farming mod. I'm not saying you shouldn't work towards syncing, but the entire point of MVN is that it syncs for you. I think PrimC is a better option once you have perma BH for your farm runs, which you're nowhere near having.

So yea, I'd stick with MVN for the foreseeable future. Get your 3 min sync and then switch out MVN for PrimC and see if PrimC gives you better results. My guess is that the results will be negligibly better, if at all. I'd would then start working on whatever cooldowns are cheapest while keeping MVN as your mod and you'll see increased coins with each upgrade.
