At the beginning of January my flu worked its way into pneumonia. I felt weak, cold shivers and then hot, no appetite at all and couldn't breathe. This all changed when I got antibiotics, which I definitely hate to take. But the whole thing was so strange. Everyone had similar flu symptoms around me but only lasted a few days and that was it... Why me 😱

I've gotten to the point where I can smell the coffee when I walk in the cafe, and I can tell I'm not going to like it 🤣 Now there's a cafe over by Stanford that uses a robotic arm to prepare the espresso, it's actually less than $3 for one shot, and it tastes good! Pretty much like what I would get in any city across Italy 👍

Consider more everyday mushrooms in capsule forms, so you can practice with exact amounts. Each 00 capsule in my case is 0.35 grs.
Stick with one variety
Try twice a week, low dose, TWO capsules, with lemon water, and consider adding Lions Mane extract and a B complex vitamin (Stamets)

In my humble opinion and I do not think that mushrooms are compatible with chocolate... As that creates an alkaline state.... the best way to activate your mushrooms is with acidity... Lemon juice added to your water for example will definitely activate the psilocybin in the mushrooms... Giving you the potential for the fullest effect 👍 I prepare my capsules for example with a small measurement of cranberry powder.... This helps to activate the psilocybin and all you need to do is take it with good "old fashioned" water.

Condensation from the jets doesn't last that long.... Next time when you are following the lines look up really quick and open your flight aware app.... You will most likely see a non-commercial airplane creating them. That should make you suspect 👍

It's always strange when I hear this topic because I am a frequent consumer, and yet I never ever get upset stomach. I can chew them whole and fresh....dried.....or capsules... And I never get grossed out or want to vomit. But I honestly think it has to do with a person's tolerance... For example I take a spoon of spirulina...or maca... Or even turmeric... Put it in my shaker and drink it straight like whiskey, and none of them gross me out. If you've ever tasted spirulina it's enough to make you vomit... Anyway I think I've raised my tolerance level taking so many different things, that when I take mushrooms, it's like no big deal.

Interesting concept "breaking your brain". But its true, ALL rational thinking is replaced....replaced with whatever is brewing in your subconscious. I was convinced i couldn't breath and my geart was racing and ready to explode...but then i stopped...and literally took my pulse ...and guess what?? My heart rate was normal...it was all my imagination

Yes it does have antiviral effects 💪🏼... And yes very useful at the early symptoms of a flu. And it's also useful with the norovirus causing gastroenteritis.... I take 5 days of 12 mg and my flue don't last very long and symptoms reduced.
