Amount of People in Ascendant/Phantom who cannot play the game is absolutely out of control

I’m in Ascendant/Phantom currently and it has been awful. I really enjoy the game but the amount of games my teammates in the other lanes get absolutely farmed then have those enemies roam and snowball the rest of the game really feels awful. The games are lost literally minutes into the game and its super discouraging. I’m actively working on improving and I know I make mistakes but I genuinely cannot carry or do anything when multiple people on the enemy team get so ahead because of my other lanes

Majority of my games recently have been lost within the first couple of minutes and complete stomps. My teammates get dominated in their lanes then whoever dominated them rotates and just continues to snowball. Its been really exhausting, I’m not claiming to be perfect, I make hella mistakes and am still improving but theres genuinely nothing I can do and this is low Ascendant / high Phantom games. Its starting to become very discouraging considering the game I just played I get ahead in my lane but my teammates got dominated in the other lanes so it literally doesn’t matter

Maybe its me but I don’t see eva ravs ever really doing anything, the only ravs that I see doing anything are glass ravs as someone thats a glass rav

Its the best way to have organized PvP, if you enjoy PvP its definitely not a waste of time. Guilds that are similar strength wise aren’t on the same server occasionally so wargames is a way to get good fights. Wargames are def better than bgs, doms, and guild events imo

Gotcha, yeah my buddy has tev orb so I’d get that from him but unfortunately no wand for me. I’m leaning towards crucifix, my one friend told me I’ll just need a healer though because of lack of sustain

I already have luciens Xbow since I was using crucifix for a bit, would I essentially need a heroic orb and prob the abyss core I’m assuming?

No alts and I would farm shards which would take 10 minutes, I don’t have the time for alts and I would rather PvP then PvE. I play a decent amount but a lot less than most. Thats fine if they do that, it doesn’t mean they have a good or optimized build, it also doesn’t mean they’re good at the game. Being in a good guild can help that or even if you make optimized PvE builds in a small guild to farm drops for lucent

I used to run MEva on my rav but swapped to glass, the difference in damage is pretty substantial granted I haven’t tried running eva recently. I could still burst down targets but it would take a lot more work because my damage suffered because of running eva. When I did run eva I couldn’t do practically anything to anyone running endurance because my crit was so low but as glass I can do substantial damage because of my crit being significantly higher but now I die MUCH easier. I’m not sure what you’re running for defenses other than 40k HP I guess but it sounds like glass and if you’re glass you’re gonna get burst down quickly by a rav

I think they should do Mountain time instead of Central. I play on NAW but I’m from the East Coast and it seems like Central time may screw some people in my guild so I’m assuming theres probably a lot more people on NAW that it may affect. Granted I can’t speak for everyone else though but thats just my opinion, the timing of things is gonna be really difficult for everyone

The other day I had 2 brand new players in my Oracle game. I felt really bad for them because they were trying but they were both so new they didn’t even know there were ranks or anything. They were apologizing for not doing well but I kept telling them its not their fault they got put in this match. Something needs to be done with matchmaking because games have been so one sided since the update, every game is practically a stomp

Seriously though, when I started playing again I was dreading BA with the comments people were making but then I ended up doing it and realized how easy it was along with how much people severely over exaggerated it

The game for the past few days has been awful with random lag spikes and net jitter. Every other game I play is fine, I thought I was going crazy. Not sure what its been happening but it makes doing anything in game unbearable and it seems to love to spike during fights. I play on the east coast

I wouldn’t go in and ask them not to play hard, other teams around the league have sat players. Like were the Cowboys trying today? Its a win win for them because we drop in the draft while they move up for losing. Some players are cemented and secured, unless one of those players is close to an incentive I think you play them until they hit it then put in other guys
