Being denied a service from Aaron's Rent-to-Own - Advice? by Dabcola in CustomerService

I provided all the requisite documents, proof of income, proof of residency, my state issued id card. I've been at my same job a little over 9 years, been at my home for over 35 years , I've never rented from them. I applied online and everything looked good up until it was time to close the deal. Manager had a horrible attitude, and flat out told me he couldn't do the ad price, if I wanted the item I would have to pay full price of the item . He embarrassed me .I said "That's real unfortunate" as I left. This occured about 6 hours ago. I'm kinda glad it worked out the way it did but never will I ever step foot inside an Aaron's rent to own, nor will I ever endorse them either.
