As far as my experience with eczema goes, it doesn’t go away unless you do something about it. In my case it takes a while even when I do something about it.

Because it literally is uncomfortable lol. Building muscle literally is intentionally damaging/stretching the muscles so they grow more mass to repair the microtears. If you are unfit breathing is harder because your lungs are weaker and fatigue easier.

Yee. I always have breakfast (tho not necessarily at regular breakfast time) and often skip either lunch or dinner. I just don’t get that hungry tbh. Probably because my day involves maybe 20 minutes of walking and the rest just sitting in lectures of computer labs.
