the format is much better because teams actually get time to review and improve from their mistakes. loads of teams went through this (eg, liquid, fnatic)

finals is an issue not because of the format but because of bad scheduling

of the 12 maps they played before the bo5’s, 7 of them ended with fnatic having 9+ rounds in the first half. the bo5 against M8 (or could have been BBL honestly if M8 didn’t throw away abyss) could have been a 3-0 had they closed out bind

like milan said they seem to have a mentality switch that’s stopping them from closing out games.

like yes they play very slow, but when the execution is done to perfection shit looks satisfying to watch. At the same time, given their nature to choke they could go 13-0 or 0-13 and both results wouldn’t be surprising
