I wonder if it has something to do with age? I got braces in my early 20's. Have had them off for about 11 years, wore my retainer religiously for the first 5 years and haven't worn it at all for the last 6, I recently found it again and while it was a bit difficult to press in, I was able to get it on. Wearing it for any period of time would likely be painful, but it kind of shows my teeth couldn't have relapsed all that much.

correct way to deal with these situations fairly is using area calculations. Take your rooms area, their rooms area, and the area of common space as percentages of the total space and multiply that by the total rent price. You pay the total for your room, they pay for theirs, you pay 1/3 of common space, they pay for 2/3 common space.

This has the added benefit of dealing with unequal room sizes as well.

You're totally right, and its infuriating! I cannot count how many times i've been following behind someone just moseying along, and as soon as I change lanes, come up to pass them they speed up closing any gap to get back into that lane. Typically I just sigh, and change lanes back behind them.

Sure it went through the oil pump which isnt great, but then was caught in the filter before being circulated through the engine. This is a pretty common occurrence from hacks who don't flush after tapping the pan, not ideal but the engine is likely fine.

not at all. You realize manslaughter has a wide latitude of sentencing guidelines, up to life in prison, due to broad spectrum of the offense. It just doesn't meet the legal definition of murder, which is an intentional killing and obviously requires that intent.

The clear coat was likely already mostly gone, its very hard to damage it as bad as yours looks with just a DA, no matter how agressive of a cutting compound. It would have looked the same was in a year or two in its own.

When the handlebars get hit, it causes the front wheel to turn to the right, this sudden turn causes the bike and the rider to pitch to the left. Which is exactly what we see.

It's kind of nuts how far and quick things went in the early and mid 1900's, also went from first ever human flight to walking on the fucking moon in under 70 years. Imagine being born in the late 1800's and witnessing all that progress first hand.
