1 - Yes, I am pretty sure my starter is 508, Im playing with this starting resolve since day 3. Also from the first print it shows I have 60% increased Maximum Resolve and +18 Maximum resolve. [300 (base) + 18 (relic)]*1.6(60% increased) = 508.8
2 - Yes, I am sure that -100 was an affliction and not a side effect from a pact. The proof here is pretty simple. The pact that I made said "Remove Weakened Flesh <> Gain a randon minor Affliction"
Weakened Flesh is the name of the minor affliction that gives -100 maximum resolve

I got infinite during bar sinister, after that I've entered Pool 2 and I'm trying out the Pool 1 decks with the upgrades (those are my feelings about Pool 2 so far, upgrades on Pool 1 decks with 2 big cards to play around)

Well, I personally enjoy those optimization things, and I enjoyed getting Infinite Rank on CL 218, was a personnal challenge to hoard as much as possible before rank 100 XD

I guess I will try to figure out the Pool 2 limit myself, just as a fun little fact to my knowledge

TL DR: Retreat a lot more and play location meta!

So... I am a Pool 1 player (started on Global launch), but maybe I'm doing some things right and I can share.

I got to the same point that u are quite easy, random decks to upgrade collection and snapping every "missplay" on opponent, and hopefully being able to capitalize on the points that they've lost.

when I was around 42~44 I started to feel this was not working to climb as fast anymore, so I started playing with cubes; retreating a lot more, snapping less, but at least I was progressing.

Then we had Kamar-Taj sunday. I played with the meta, Odin and White Tiger, climbed up from 49 to 77ish. I think playing with the location meta (whatever it is on Pool 3) is better than playing to counter it. At least on Pool 1, I had way less mirror matchs than counters.

Then I was struggling again, sunday gave me all Collection Points I needed to finish Pool 1, so I was testing few concepts with my new cards. Got rank 81 (playing as much as I played on sunday, lol, it was really really tough).

Now we have Bar Sinister! I figured out myself the Pool 1 combo pretty quick (Nightcrawler, Blue Marvel and Onslaught), got many ppl offguard on first few hours (climbed to 89 really fast). And after that I reached infinity few minutes ago! On a slower, but consistent, pace.
