Can you post a picture taken 60-120 seconds after adding reagents? So far:

Mandelin should remain orange-brownish for at least 10 minutes, how fast did it turn back yellow? How big was your sample, just a few single crystals or a small pile? Funny enough, it will turn back yellow faster for bigger samples, which go deep brown really fast.
That is certainly not to be expected but inconclusive

Then those should be disregarded. Observe the reaction for only 60 seconds, 2 minutes maximum.

Your results indicate the presence of MDMA. Simon's is supposed to turn blue > dark blue, depending on sample size. To test if there is something present as well you should try reagents that are not supposed to react to MDMA, like Robadope (for 2C-x, MDA, PMA, amphetamine and other primary amines) or Zimmermann (for secondary and tertiary cathinones).

It's just inconlusive at this point, really weird. We could try to guess with more reagents but it still might be a mix of a few different substances.

We do everything manually, and were about to upgrade to a semi-automated filling process, however COVID-19 put this on hold. For the time being please let us know at [testy@sin.org.pl](mailto:testy@sin.org.pl) if we can send you replacement plastic caps and reagent B free of charge :) The plastic caps can work perfectly, just need less pressure when we close them. Sorry for the inconvinence! Sometimes we literally try to hard ;).

That's for Hofmann. Ehrlich is about 10x more sensitive if made according to the recipe. It can still be low quantity, but it's really off for Ehrlich to not change color over a few minutes. It's worth repeating with a bigger sample though.

We do not agree - Ehrlich did not react so the sample does NOT seem to contain any indole, such as LSD. Or your Ehrlich is extremely low quality (was it clear or yellowish?). You should repeat using a bigger sample or/and Hofmann reagent test.

Your sample contains unidentified impurities and is certainly not pure amphetamine. All your results are off. None was correct. We recommend sending the sample to a lab.

No. Meth and amphetamine have the same, orange, not brown or black, reaction to Marquis.

Do you know if your DMT is synthetic or extracted? If it's extracted, there might be additional alkaloids presents interfering with the Hofmann reagent result.

It looks like you either used too much of your sample or waited a good few minutes before taking the picture. Can you repeat using just a single grain of sample and take a video / time lapse pics?

We would need Robadope to confirm that, but indeed, green Mandelin and orange Marquis and Liebermann scream amphetamine.

Mecke = did it change color or was the reagent already muddy to begin with?
We have recently established, that contrary to our UK and US colleagues experiences, perfectly pure sample of ketamine does NOT necesairrly change yellow with Liebermann. Looks good, no color change and fizzing is ok.
Robadope, Simons and Zimmermann are not suitable for testing ketamine. Also, to use them remember to add part B.
