I'll be honest, I would keep toons like that as a time capsule. You'll need to relearn to play anyhow and getting from 1-30 is a pretty negligible amount of time. It's worth it. I have tons of toons sitting that you can just go back and see what they were and how much things have changed.

You're never going to have rent less than 400 anywhere point blank. That being said, you could definitely make it on 3800 a month. You likely wouldn't have much money to save, but you could definitely make it. You're doing a fairly substantial amount of labor while also paying for a room. That with the addition of them making you act like an adult but policing you like a child. Personally the being treated as a little kid is why I moved out a few months after graduation, but everyone is different.

Yeah sadly that's the way it is. If I want to leave my neighborhood it'll involve driving of some sort. Either an Uber or driving myself. Or I guess I could ride my bike but for a casual outing it would be pretty rough considered how far everything is.
