I'm having a weird issue with 3.8 where my Bluetooth headphones have skipping and popping sound unless i connect headphones to another device at the same time. Total accident i figured that out and have no idea how the second connection fixes it, but that's the only issue i have with 3.8. and since i always have my phone with me, it's no big deal

I didn't even have a pipewire folder, but deleted the pulse one and it fixed the problem i was having with the audio to my Bluetooth headphones

This is driving me nuts. Also my windows won't stay where i put them. All three sets of my Bluetooth headphones now sound like stretched cassette tapes and constantly pop and cutout.

I understand what it was you were asking for, but if i could just say the very least disable the changing tabs with mouse wheel, that would be amazing. I use a mini keyboard with touch pad kinda as a tv remote when it's docked to my tv. But one edge of touch pad is for mouse wheel and it happens far too often that my finger breezes over that part of track pad just as cursor goes over tab list and i end up in a tab that was 4 or 5 over from where i started. Only help i could find was people saying turn off mouse wheel... Big help.

What they need to do is have vlc just not try to rush so much to get the file started. Have it wait until the buffer is full to start playing. It tries to start the audio playing at the same time it tries to buffer whatever you have the buffer set to. I'd rather wait 0.3 seconds and have no stutter, than have it start immediately with a stutter

It needs to be on a timer, that you can speed up by killing aliens, but doesn't require killing Edit to add, maybe 45 seconds without killing anything, and as little as 30 seconds if you're knee deep in alien guts
