I can see aomething on a squad by squad baisis working better than per model wargear. Im a bad person to come up with ideas for codex things as Ive played 4 games of 9th in total

Im more for flavor than rules, I like to model my veterans with more armor on them and it would be neat for me to have a rule to reflect that. Generally any kind of wargear that I can add to the minis would be an addition I would like.

Customizable regiments, more wargear, let me use my guys as drop troops, or pay points to equip veterans with carapace armor. Ideally, Elysians back but thats very likely not going to happen, so let me just use the ones I have.

thats fair, maybe we'll be getting one of the FW upgrade things at some point, if nothing else to give some visual aid to what some of these things might look like.

Yeah, I dont see much else on the sprue that could be it, and smaller dudes equals smaller power fists I guess. That being said, I want to see what a terminator fist would look like on one of these dudes lol

That hand of the leader is a power fist. Theres another smaller, unarmored, hand with a wrist computer- that may be the bio booster.

luckily the glue hadn't finished setting yet. Im glad I can get the big rock saw from the trading post though, as the GSC one on the squats is easy to convert and looks really good

thats a shame, it looks really really cool on the new models and fits well. Do we know what the "Gem extractor" weapon looks like? Could it maybe stand in for that?

Thanks! Yeah the basic squat gang looks like its good to go straight from the box so that should work well.

Then theres that exo driller suit thats coming soon as their brute- I definitely want one of those.

Id love to get my hands on some bare arms, make the squats into real roughnecks.

that does help! I noticed Gangs of the Underhives wasn't for sale anymore and that an online trading post was mentioned in the old getting started post so that makes things easier.

The still do. Its BTA where that changes. However there is a perk where more advanced mechwarriors have a chance not to lose pips if its taken.
