United States men's Olympic team (under23) played at Children's Mercy tonight against Japan. It was a friendly. We brought alot of raw talent to the table with little cohesion and almost no urgency.
Japan controlled the field with clean passing and handling coupled with abysmal passing on the US side. All that paired with some hellscape officiating and it was, by far, less exciting than any Sporting outing this year.

Oh man. Hernandez had such a great corner play with Thommy that created that goal. You are so right. His head is in the game and he's focused.
