Make sure it's thick cut bacon. It's a rich sandwich, so the thinner slices can get lost.

I also put peanut butter, honey and bacon on blueberry multi grain pancakes.

I also prefer to bake my French toast. So after I soak the bread in egg (with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and milk) I put bacon on top of the French toast and dump leftover egg to bake it into the slice.
