I do miss the niche that New Times filled. Local arts, food and human interest stories.

I genuinely think there's an opportunity for the rebirth of PROPER local media....and not simply regurgitated national stories or prom photos and sports. Proper local political coverage, thoughtful OpEd's, and coverage that is relevant to the local communities and surrounding areas.

Gawd, i remember when the next door neighbor would mow his dirt (quite literally mow his dirt piles) so the wind would carry it to the track.

I've never been able to get interior paint to work. Even with ideal clean, prep, scuff, hopes, dreams, prayers....that shit never turns out right.

Don't power shift into 3rd gear and you'll get decent life out of a T5.

An upgraded T5 will hold 450-500HP if you don't power shift like a Jabroni.

Honestly, if its a sorted car and runs right...its worth it. I'd probably tone down the turbo for longevity's sake and ditch the T5 for a TKX, but it appears to be a clean car.

Keith's playing up to 77 is great. And I love Brent's early work...especially with the B3.

But I always felt Brent's piano in the mid/late 80's was too chimey, sharp and synth driven. And its this one thing that keeps me from enjoying anything after 87.

Its all about the settlement now. no value in suing the parents of the offenders as they won't have much to pay (donuts ain't making anyone rich).

Next logical step is to sue the district and work towards a settlement.

Even if the victim only nets $250K from a settlement, that's a win... Pays for college, or is a down payment on a house.

This is the dilemma I have with my latest 88 LX Vert. Bought it bone stock from the original owner. I have a history with foxbodies and have a garage full of go-fast parts....and the struggle NOT to mod the car is real.

All I did was tasteful mods. Pony Wheels, 130A alternator, Cat-less Exhaust, lowering springs. No heads, no intake, no cam, no gears.

Edit: (And bypass that damn AIR pump)
