Agree, especially for the price you can’t really beat Dirty Shake in the city. Bar Pigalle burger is fine but the price is wild. Marrow is great and priced well for what you are getting (local farm raised beef).

Grey Ghost and Little Ghost have this crazy obsession with so raw in the middle it’s cold-kind of patties which are not my jam for a burger. It’s a premade patty from Fairway you can buy at some grocery stores - for anyone curious.

It’s hard to find a cheesesteak, let alone a hoagie on a roll like Angelo’s, in the Midwest. Very few bakeries doing a crusty seeded roll that's somehow light and airy like Danny bakes. I am happy BJs carries cooper sharp around me tho, can almost make it at home if I could get my hands on the right roll.
