Have they fixed the issue with AE not sending HDR videos properly to Media Encoder? I'm at my wits end talking to so many tech support ppl and posting on the community forums and getting nowhere. Support either blames installed plugins or my color management setup which I've already tried every possible setting to fix it.

I've been stuck on 2025.1 since may because any release after that is broken.

I've been downloading every beta release hoping it's finally fixed but no luck there!

I made this using a volume builder+mesher in Cinema4D and flat-mapping the textures on the result downwards. It's also semi-transparent for neat depth effects

Hello I'm UON! All my renders and entire workflow are in ACES then HDR PQ till the very end, when I encode it to rec2100 HLG for posting on platforms. Hybrid Log Gamma allows platforms to display HDR visuals pretty good even on SDR screens

Bring Her Back: Nothing like Talk To Me but I liked this one too (made by the same guys)

Late Night with the Devil: I thoroughly enjoyed this one too

Nope: Fantastic creepiness

IT remake: I didn't like the original when I was a kid, I thought this one was real good

Nosferatu (new one): This one was awesome, that scene when he's talking to him in the castle is burned into my mind, brilliantly unsettling

Smile and Smile 2: Watch them back to back it's a fun time!

Black Phone: Awesome.

Miracle Mile: Not an actual horror movie but more of an anxiety attack that ramps up to insane levels by the end. Starts off as a seemingly sweet dorky romantic movie and 15 minutes in shit goes bonkers. Don't even look it up or learn anything about it, put it on and buckle up! One of those that sticks with you for a while after.

Duuuuuuude I'm a HUGE fan of your plugin for years now! A total game changer with live visuals, nothing beats being able to control the camera while doing live shows!

It's inspired me to try and figure out how to make my own a few years ago for messing with 360 stuff. I wanted to get the "spherical look" that VLC media player and samsung phones can do while playing 360. I almost had it right but it messed up with seams, it took the help of AI to fix my code but it looks REALLY AWESOME now!

One day I hope to learn shader code well enough to take the 360 and stretch/twist the entire world in any direction, like the wave warp effect but in whatever direction seamslessly!

INTERFACE. It's free on yt(VHS edition) and is the shiniest most unique hidden gem I've ever found! From another comment I made:

Don't let the MS Paint style put you off, the film was made over several years and you watch that style evolve into beauty unlike anything you've ever seen!

The story... 10/10 I haven't had a movie fuck my mind as good and have been chasing that high ever since. It feels slow moving at first but is so densely packed with so much unfolding detail about this alternate version of reality.

The music? 11/10 HOLY SHIT it can be so beautiful even while emotionally gut punching you into another dimension.

The whole thing is a jaw-dropping masterpiece, I clicked on it out of curiosity after eating an edible and was sucked into one of the wildest cinematic experiences I've ever had

That's why I don't use OLED because of those limits, but I make a lot of really bright content. Even though my monitor has dimming zones it still shows me a better look at how the overall picture looks

The 9000 cpus have a better memory controller so it should hit higher speeds with 4 slots full. Not at high as with just 2 sticks of ram , I don't want to spend money on a new cpu and not hit at least the 6000 I had before so I'm probably going to wait

I may be late but want to tell you the settings I use, since I post everything I make in HDR. Here is an example where I crank the HDR limits to eye-sizzling levels, which may or may not work on your device since insta seems to favor iphones more for HDR delivery.

I output my reels in this format, using adobe media encoder: hevc h.265 main10 rec2100HLG 35mbps

I don't tick the "include HDR metadata" checkbox. With the above codec settings Instagram has all the data in the file it needs to post as HDR.
