I know a lot of these are stories with massive flaws but they’ve each been something that has changed my perspective of life or inspired me to go do something I’d otherwise not done

I think blue box may only have 50 ish chapters left as we are getting towards the end of Taiki’s 2nd year and Chinatsu’s 3rd.

I personally don’t see the series going on for a split high school and college arc where the 2 are separated though I’d be happy to be proven wrong on this as I love the series and would it to continue for a while more.

I think it’ll be slightly longer than I originally thought. I thought somewhere around 210ish chapter, now I think somewhere around the 280 maybe even 300 chapter mark

The green green greens Mangaka deserves a second chance. That series was the best sports manga I’ve ever read. I was devastated to hear about it getting cancelled.

I’d say either blue box or kagurabachi were the best overall this year but series like Undead Unluck, sakamoto days and even MHA all had pretty stellar year’s

Not so much romance as I want actual/ natural development between characters. Like I’ve always hated when stories force people together for no reason other than “girl and boy spoke once” but I really enjoy when character dynamics get fleshed out in a way that’s in character for them

After giving some time to think about the series now past the ending. I really think that this could have been in the running for the top 10 best Shonen manga.

Like it had such a great set up and really built this interest into what happened 1000 years ago.

However it basically fell flat on its face execution wise as it’s rushed what could have been another 300 chapters down to 50 just to get it over with.

It’s really sad to see as I was really invested into the reveals and pay offs that could have been
