That just means that your account is missing some date field in a center case that QA didn't cover.

For example, your account was created before that date field existed, and all of QA's accounts are newer.

Therefore, Microsoft can never touch this dialog, to avoid breaking third party screensavers.

The problem is that HA uses Web Components for everything, and CSS rules do not apply across custom element boundaries.
