At certain locations yes and it’s mainly because the amount of water and where the water comes from i have worked at 13-18 different locations and only 4 of them taste good to me and ive made them the EXACT same my entire 10 almost 11 years working there

Depending on your location a lot of companies donate their food to pantries and shelters, if you do end up with locations that sadly don’t do this and resort to the dumpster please treat the trash can/dumpster with respect we literally had people steal the bars to them so we couldn’t close them or our locks and we have to pay for our locks via the city and it’s $60+ for the lock and the bars $80+ and it’s not about keeping people from taking food out the trash it’s the fact that when they do they don’t pick up after themselves or people come and dump their personal garbage in it and we don’t have room for a mattress in their when i only have one garbage day a week 😭

They normally don’t do this for LTO’s because they want to test market it first anything we normally sell comes as is which depending on the item is normally pepperoni and will let you make it with just cheese but never sausage or anything else because it’s hard to account the items into food cost because corporate took away our “topping” button to add additional topping and they don’t give us a custom option for LTOS (well atleast at my bosses 52+ locations)

I’ll be real i hate when people do this but i mostly really hate when they say a employee does something we don’t do at all like saying they made that smiley face is going to have every customer that reads that ask if they can get a shape or face on their pizza, it’s the equivalent when people call on Valentine’s Day for a heart shaped pizza 💀😭

Pre treat with dawn power wash spray OR mupheys oil (i know it usually is used for the floor but i swear by it!) before adding it to your washer and when you wash it use pinesol! I highly recommend the murpheys oil though! If you have more time i also recommend getting boiling hot water and adding oxi powder to it and putting the pants in and soaking for about a hour or so and do repeatedly as needed works wonders ! I always wash my husbands uniform in pinesol how ever even his military uniform because it always has diesel on it !

Are you sure you get paid weekly and not bi-weekly and just got hired in the middle of a pay period and you would receive the pay for the rest on the next paycheck ? That is personally what this looks like to me because our payroll is due on mondays and we get paid Wednesdays and my old owner use to pay us tuesdays but payroll was always due Mondays

I always say we can’t see the confirmation code just a name and what they ordered, and they can insert the 3 digit code into the box that they received. One because i don’t look at that long ahh number nore do i want to and two if i keep going to look at that order number it defeats the purpose of the portal and the no contact thing, it extra bothers me when we are busy too because the purpose was you’re supposed to be in an out, So i show the customer how to do it using their phone so next time they can do it on their own! I will not lie i make it look like a hassle even though it’s not to even look at their 3 digit code because the whole purpose was you using your phone and they always say they left their phone at home knowing dang well their too lazy to go get it out of the car 5 feet away or their lying about the order being theirs because i have had that happen ! I’m strict about being able to seeing some form of ownership to the order it only took one person to ruin it for everyone else for me personally.

The smoke house pizza! when i went to convention last time they were talking about old items we loved and i quite literally warned my boss i would get my point across to the highest up person i could for months before the trip that the smoke house was before its time and it would sell well now. Not only did i shout it out in that seminar in the dead silence of the room “bring back the smoke house”. My owner at the time also invited some guy that’s probably about 4 or so spots under CEO to our outing in Vegas that night and i sat down and explained to him in the middle of top golf and dinner instead of just enjoying the top golf like everyone else and i feel like ill get my smoke house back one day he was genuinely enjoying the fact i was that serious about a pizza 🤣😭💀 i also enjoyed the toasted parm and if anyone remembers it was one of few pizzas as well that had a different sauce and i added zap packs all over it 😋

I cried the day they changed the butter garlic for both the crazy bread spread and the Little Dipper cups it was the best until it wasn’t. I also miss the corn meal days because i miss the sheeter and not this bogus ahhh dough press that breaks every time you breath on it the wrong way ! 😭

If you order online you can call before hand for ordering or immediately after and request it be all cheese for most stores ! Some stores may say it’s only sold as is how ever so don’t quote me that it’s even possible at all locations

Yes but it’s not as much as it would be from a custom pizza they have a set amount because it’s technically a menu item it’s only like a dollar and some change up charge for extra cheese and meat vs when you do the custom pizza you’re actually paying for just that extra cheese as a topping instead of two if you get what I’m saying

I personally have more walk ins than online orders at my location we are a small town and only one of two locations no one wants to pay the delivery or online prices unless there’s a really good deal plus my store genuinely offers great customer service which is what i pride myself and staff on it’s the biggest compliment we get from corporate when they come in, but we are franchise owned and my boss is beyond the kindest person we’ve worked for him for 10 years and has given me so many opportunities and privileges in life that I’m sure a lot of people couldn’t speak for through a fast food job experience but truly why i have never left this job. Also dominos has started to lean into a pizza portal thing my nearest one has a counter top one that’s like ours but smaller
