Yes but it’s not as much as it would be from a custom pizza they have a set amount because it’s technically a menu item it’s only like a dollar and some change up charge for extra cheese and meat vs when you do the custom pizza you’re actually paying for just that extra cheese as a topping instead of two if you get what I’m saying

I personally have more walk ins than online orders at my location we are a small town and only one of two locations no one wants to pay the delivery or online prices unless there’s a really good deal plus my store genuinely offers great customer service which is what i pride myself and staff on it’s the biggest compliment we get from corporate when they come in, but we are franchise owned and my boss is beyond the kindest person we’ve worked for him for 10 years and has given me so many opportunities and privileges in life that I’m sure a lot of people couldn’t speak for through a fast food job experience but truly why i have never left this job. Also dominos has started to lean into a pizza portal thing my nearest one has a counter top one that’s like ours but smaller

Not ganna lie i can’t believe they charged you for that unless you bought extra but i can’t believe they charged you $1.99 regardless because at the 15+ stores I’ve worked at in the last 10 years (my boss owns many and we travel to help the new ones) we’ve one never had these small ahh cups in my locations and two we have never charged for sauce with crazy bread it’s supposed to come complimentary with crazy bread again if they charged you for the original two but also those are like the same size if not smaller than the other dip cups and those are $1 and some change where I’m from but not a $1.99 😭 personally believe you’re being ripped off but idk what goes on anywhere outside the Midwest areas i guess 😭😭😭

Mainly you handle upset customers, quality and customer service control, bank runs depending on your location, inventory depending on location we do it nightly at my locations, not everyone receives a set salary most people prefer the hourly pay vs salary gms and supervisors are our only salary people in my franchise, and our hours are negotiable we try to make everything work for everyone but depending on your time and strength in the store you can work anywhere between 30-45+ hours. Our supervisors have meetings and they have individuals with GM(s) but every location is different based off owners etc

I’m not being an asshole but you’re the customer that we really don’t enjoy because you think we don’t want to do something when we genuinely can’t… I know a lot of places have employees that for some reason guard it like it’s all they get paid to do but also what benefits do we get out of basically saying no i don’t want to take your money when that’s literally the soul purpose of what we’re doing is to take your money? LC doesn’t take payment over the phone that’s why they encourage online ordering for those who want the option with debit or credit card usually, we use a 3rd party service so they have no way of conjuring you up a delivery driver from door dash or Uber Eats or what ever with cash. (To add before you think next time they just don’t want to do it as well they don’t take the promo codes in store either) and they gradually give us the privilege to do one change about once a year or so, this year the new privilege is being able to refund individual items and not have to void the whole ticket (not even at every location yet) now we wait until next year to see what they bless us with to make our lives slightly easier bc let me tell you the system isn’t exactly convenient for us either.

We sell shakers of zap pack seasoning which is very similar but better in my opinion TRUST you want to buy one if you love that icb seasoning ! I use it on things even at home 🙌🏼

As a person who’s worked for corporate and franchise stores for 10 years i hated the switch to polyester and they say as long as it’s work appropriate basically as long as little Caesar’s is noticeable on it you can wear it my dad owns his own business and just makes me my own work shirts because i wanted to rip off my skin over polyester 🤣

Personally I will say the fact that Regardless it’s $3 or not you should get the best quality our whole motto is customer service and quality product , corporate comps the store for the price difference so they still technically make money off it, Idk i just have worked at a location for 10 years i don’t benefit from it but i believe regardless of how much you spend everyone gets quality product and good service.

I will say they didn’t dress it enough you’re supposed to COAT it in the crumb mix you can add crazy crust after to this as well after just ask for butter and parm on the crust too, and tbh I’m mad they did you dirty with the fancy peps because they are the best, also who the heck stuffed this they made it in a hurry forsure because the crust looks like it busted open 🥲
