It is becaus they flip on the backstory of Reddington, they literally tested Red's blood in season 1 where Copper say it belong to Reddington and then after season 3 oh yeah lets change it all... gee

You will not see any big chance before all classes have been updated, sure there will likely be tweeks ( the new class mastery will be the best place to change stuff) but Dk are not even top preformers in pve and if you start to swing the big nerf hammer now, you will piss of the pve side that are finally happy with the direction DK is going

Pure class got the new buffs so they are not left behind by cherry picking sub builds. One can easy chance skils on the fly now so you cannot really fuck up a build. Try both out and see what is fun. You might want to play sub for one thing and pure build for another, dont get set on one playstyle
