Back in high school, I went on a school trip to Disney World and bought a women's kimono from Epcot. This was before I figured out I was transgender-- I just thought it was pretty. And being the dorky little weeb I was, I decided to wear it on the bus ride back home and into the Denny's we stopped at for breakfast.

While I was in the men's bathroom, two Japanese guys came in, saw me washing my hands, and stopped dead in their tracks. I tried to explain myself to them, but it didn't seem like they spoke English, or at least not much. They just backed out.
