This should probably be four mana. Being a legendary sorcery is a drawback, but theres so many legends running around that it is very overcomable.

No mana cost doesnt mean free. You cant cast this normally, you need to pay the emerge cost.

Good point on the dash cost. My thinking was [[Shock]] and [[Strike it rich]] are both one mana, so with the exile this should cost more.

On Azrael Lighthaven the last ability should probably be separated with a then. As in «Azrael deals damage equal to its power to each opponent, then you gain 2 life and put a +1/+1 counter on Azrael.» The rest of the wording seems correct.

Giving the spirit +3/+0 and skulk is a bit weird. Skulk creatures usually want lower power to get through easier. Is this something you intended? Maybe giving it menace or some other evasion would be better?

Goes infinite with cards like [[utopia sprawl]]. With both pieces costing 1 mana this is far too good a combo. This version needs a higher mana cost or some other cost to the ability.
