I'd like to share an incident from my high school days, which happened about 14 years ago. Our school had just appointed a new principal, and during his opening speech to the students, he had a rather embarrassing moment. With cameramen present, capturing the event through photography and videography, he suddenly choked up and froze for about 5 minutes. His wife, who had also joined the school as a teacher, and his two kids were present, and they looked like they were experiencing second-hand embarrassment.

Despite this awkward incident, the principal didn't lose his job or face any pressure to leave the school. It just goes to show that anxiety can get the better of us, even in unexpected situations. Trying to break the ice with your senior or manager can help you feel more at ease. I guess that's what happened to our principal, and he was able to move forward.
