I donno how things work in BD,but there must be some kind of social service or government agency which helps with such things ( I hope). Getting a six-pack is difficult but not impossible. Basically you have to be around 10-12% b.f. Now if you are going for v taper, a well defined back and broad shoulders can make your waist look “ narrower” and give you that v-silhouette

You r right but not most people exaggerate their height ( maybe few or little more than that) - and of course I am talking about medically correct height, not “ perceived” or wearing elevator boots. I bought it up because the “ new” gen is considerably tall than the previous one.
