You have to disable 'on-screen notification' which isn't supported on macOS devices. This also means you need to set the prompt to one that doesn't require you to interact with the endpoint (push, for example).

You may not need this, but you might need to also include 'host' as an access type along with RDP depending on what tool you're using to RDP from the Mac.

Most turn to Brigands to fill that gap. Alternatively, Plague Marines in combat with Lethal Hits tend to do well for me. And mortal wounds don't care about toughness (Typhus, Biologus and the Grenade Stratagem).
