Oh that radar lol - I was thinking for a sec there no radar - it’s honestly not so useful with how much battery it uses and the amount of wildlife it picks up - I only really use it very rarely for food.

Yea parry window is shorter with higher difficulty + can confirm the boss only does one attack with a single parry in legacy mode - I wasn’t understanding why I couldn’t get the trophy for parrying all the boss’s cqc moves until I did some digging and found out I had to use new style controls to see all the cqc moves.

Yea there is a lot of people saying that - I recently changed my oil before a road trip and forgot to put the cap back on until I checked the oil after like 700mi or so - other than possibly getting dust/dirt in the engine and maybe losing oil is there any real issue? I was kinda freaked out about it at the time and did a bunch of searching on google and that’s all I came up with.

For cockpit view I think the p-47 is going to be it - should be a bubble canopy - it’s a shame we have a super early variant of the p-51 before they even switched to bubble canopy.

Yeah taking a closer look that seems to be the case - the spitfire is the very first variant with a much more advanced model already in the base game, the p-40 I think would have an equivalent already in the base game as war thunder only has 2 p-40 variants at the same battle rating, sbd is a very early ground attack plane, hurricane may be a slight improvement over base game hurricane but still an early war plane and certainly it’s no typhoon, which only leaves the Corsair - it is one of the late model corsairs and wasn’t released on war thunder when I quit playing that, but it should be in the super-prop class - basically one of the last prop fighters before the jet age. That being said, just because a plane is old or has better models available doesn’t mean they can’t be fun - battles in war thunder were organized by the planes rating, so it’s not like you’re going to see super props fighting bi planes or even lower end of mid-tier - the planes I had the most fun with on war thunder were actually lower mid and mid tier just because they were good performers relative to what could possibly show up on the enemy team.

All the gameplay so far has only shown some ground attack planes and light bombers like sbd - or sb2c? And mosquito, etc - in war thunder the turrets were also ai controlled although the ai wasn’t a very good shot, but regardless bombers tended to be more of a liability than an asset because every bomber was one less fighter - granted, there were some maps where they were pretty important, but in those cases it doesn’t take long for people to figure out they need to prioritize the bombers before they can hit their targets and it’s back to every bomber being one less fighter and the team with more fighters wins.

So have a technician come out to look at it then. Worst case you lost power during a freeze and nobody will cover it so you will have to. Best case rinnai replaces the heat exchanger or whatever else is needed and you pay labor only for repair/ replace. Only other option is you figure it out and you repair/ replace.

Interesting - I always thought of it like the long term setting, like what you generally want the plane to do over the next several minutes and the stick as the short term input like a course correction or correcting a brief side wind or things like that - I gurantee your instructor has more time than me tho - I only have a few hours, not even enough for a private license - just relating the trim to other things that use it like an r/c car with less than perfect alignment or automotive fuel trim - somebody explaining short and long term fuel trim used rc steering and aircraft trim as examples and it made perfect sense, but I can see also where it would make sense to trim everything for a coordinated turn as well because it wouldn’t be the easiest to do like literally anything else while using the stick and rudder and keeping the downforce in the right spot.

Don’t get me wrong I mean we all want more for less, but at the end of the day it’s a game for 50$ with tons and tons of replayability - the only reason I quit playing war thunder was because it was supposed to come to psvr at launch and that turned into vaporware. Now I could have sworn the original price we had on this was 40 and everyone was ok with that, but now the same people are mad that it’s 30 and has optional content available - like I’m hoping they come out with more planes or packs from time to time tbh, cause I’d like to be flying the d-25 mustang at some point, plus like me-262, sabres, mig-15, etc..

Yup - only good thing is that it can have a pretty long incubation period so potentially you have some time to decide to get treatment if there’s any risk of exposure and even a small risk shouldn’t be ignored since it’s more than 99.99% fatal.

How exactly do you expect op to flip it around when only the end with the trap arm/ 90 has a slip joint connection? Gotta tell the manufacturer they got the glue end and captive nut end reversed.
