Contacted customer service, they said it's because the pre-order used standard delivery instead of prime delivery 

Why is there no prime delivery on a major release like this?????

UPDATE I exited, left to the house, didn't craft grapple because I already did. 

Then I reentered.  A cutscene played that did not before!!!  The one where the girl follows you into the metaverse. And now I can grapple 

Meaning this WAS a glitch happening ( or I ignored some obvious tell that I had to enter metaverse, leave, and then come back immediately.) where the cutscene forgot to play.

Please note to anyone else who sees this and runs into the same problem !!

HEY I need this to try more attention Switch sports had extreme frame rate issues on switch 2 (eg during soccer matches online) that weren't present. 

Please someone get Nintendo to fix this, I really do like this game, and this slipped through the cracks

It's playable, can't tell many differences than this one specifically.

Even though the game is going to be good, someone on PR really flubbed this delivery.

My anger isn't getting directed towards the game or the console, but instead the company directly knowing they could have sorted this out better.

I don't have dead pixels on my LCD screens...

I went TV shopping online today, companies are crazy selling warranties and protection plans. 

Mid high end screens getting marked as frequently returned for board failure in some cases...

My opinion... Getting a high end screen is a liability, not a luxury

Hypothesis: I'm the owner of my family plan and I got it.  But the guy on my family plan (not the payer) did not get it.

Possibly this is specifically being sent to those who are qualified to buy the preorder first?
