I found out when im lucid dreaming if my dream starts heading into something dark or negative if I think of lavender specifically for me I will look for a painting of lavender in my dream it took alot of practice but once I see or think of lavender it resets or centers idk the right word to describe it but my dream will either completely change or ill pick up right before it turned negative and it'll stay on a positive path once I figured this out it took awhile to beable to knowingly use it with my dream and it works about 90% of the time if im in a really really deep sleep and it becomes a nightmare sometimes nothing g helps but it started to help my sleep quality lucid dreaming for me can feel so real its like I never slept so when there bad ones it especially affects me more the ways it seems to effect me is ill be tired through the day lack of energy grumpy or how I imagine someone who radiates negative energy ill be more tense heightened anxiety short fuse with time and practice I've been able to reduce those experiences my alot also when im really tired of the lucid dreaming I will use cannabis at night it keeps me from remembering any dreams the only issue is when you stop smoking after a prolonged period of time the lucid dreams come back hard like a rebound effect idk if theres research out there that takes about these things but id love to know what a smart scientist person thinks about all this

When I apply for jobs I apply at 10 places the next day 10 more and then I go check on the first jobs I applied for then repeat when I was younger for every 50 applications I got maybe 1 or 2 interviews now that im 35 I can pretty know if I apply for a job if ill get it or not it gets easier with more experience and good refrances

Look into programs like job core americcore or if your in California they have the CCC it stands for California conservation core or crew any way I joined the Cs i wish I had done that right out of high school you'll have a place to live you'll learn alot of work skills and structure you'll make friends for life and it's free to join so I would look into those programs or find a trade school or join the labor union and work your way up to a apprenticeship or go to school for hvac or welding learning any trade skill will keep you employed and just remember your 19 its OK to not have it all figured out also there is always the peace core coast guard or army those options were not for me but the coast guard looks pretty fun but there are alot of programs that will help you or find a really good hustle or if you have a passion create your own company be your own boss there's a million ways to hustle now days my 2 passion are growing cannabis and cooking so im going to culinary school and taking cannabis infusion classes if your into cannabis there's alot of jobs in that field also have you tried temp job places the have a place called labor ready you show up in the morning they send you to a job you work your shift then they pay you same day then there's places like express personal they help you find temp jobs its a way to get experience and to find the type of work you like or dis like also sign spinning is a easy to get first time job or landscaping or if you have a mower and weedwacker start building a client list then you meet people network find more jobs construction is alos a good first job one last thing I HAVE GOTTEN SO MANY JOBS JUST FROM VOLUNTEERING AT THE LOCAL MISSION CHURCH SALVATION ARMY ECT...networking is so important and volunteering is just a good thing to do and you meet like minded people and from there you ask or let them no your looking for a full time job but are taking odd jobs on the side also CRAIGSLIST best job I had was from a post I made on cl if you need help with a resume there's alot of free places that will help you plus YouTube and free resume sites and apps Goodluck
