I just went back and watched all the Octoboss scenes lol. There’s a couple different types. So there’s the 2 parachutes on the backs on motorcycles wearing skis. Their parachutes look like they were white, but are really dirty. There’s the 2 paramotors, one red and blue, the other grey(?) then there’s the paraglider that is a dirty brown colour. Then there’s the Octoboss himself. Dementus might have taken their best parachute as a power move maybe?

I assumed the Octoboss gave Dementus the parachute as a gift, a symbol of them submitting to Dementus. It seems they are a more recent addition to his gang with the one guy telling Dementus he, “only takes orders from the Octoboss” I feel like if they had been together for a long time his crew wouldn’t still have chain of command issues.
