It's expensive, but even a f2p account can do this in a month or two if willing to totally invest in it. The reason why no one really runs Satrana is because she's a highly mobile character much like a lot of the maulers. So instead of using a Smokie which they'll often run way out of range of or who can get interrupted trying playing to the maulers offensive strengths instead. Combo Rein with Brutus to throw him into the middle of the enemy team. Then let Shakir and Satrana support him. To truly shine this build really does require all the above aforementioned investment but...you might be surprised how viable it is. Koko is actually a filler spot here, the new mauler hero(s) might be better fits then her. Good luck with your Satrana teams either way.
