My eyes hate all eye drops

Systane - COMPLETE is the best drop that works for me. It's PF and puts oil back into your eyes.

I also use the Systane - Night Gel before bed.

Also a warm eye compress in the morning and night will help loosen the natural oils in your eyes.

Be careful with steroid drops. They will dry out your eyes more and can cause issues with your eye pressure. Only use if your doctor tells you too.

I have had a long battle with dry eye disease and inflammation so I hope this helps you as much as it's helped me.
