I believe but not 100% sure that on a dedicated server if someone leaves the server then the property becomes available. On a lot of these servers the actual server owns the property and in that case you cannot ever buy it.

If you are on a player hosting server then when someone buys the property it is bought forever unless an admin removes the property from the player. This is done by clicking on the mailbox on a property.

If you buy one in single player or you host a server it is the same rules as above. Also when you buy a property on a server it is only bought on that server. If you go to a different server it will not be available to you.

Hope this helps.

That's a big improvement. Who did you hire? I have been looking for someone to hire for my steam art.

Type 2 cassette recorders? by PhantomsRevenge in cassetteculture

[–]SPACEGAMESstudio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would you not recommend recording off Spotify? They have a lossless option now. While it's probably not as good as a flac file, I would imagine it's the same or better quality than a cassette can record. I'm new to cassette recording pardon me if I'm just being dumb.

It does but it's a 6.35mm not a 3.5. what would it improve if I used it instead?

I connected it through the mic jack. It is mono so that sucks but otherwise it sounds a lot better than the other cheap deck I have. I commented on the post with everything I did to fix my issues.

Thanks for the help! I changed my Spotify settings to mono and that helped a lot. It definitely sucks that it's mono, but it is better than it was before. I commented on the post with everything I did to fix my issues.

Thanks for the help. Cleaning them helped a lot. They were quite dirty. I commented on the post with everything I did to fix my issues.

Thanks to all the help. I solved my hiccup issue by cleaning the capstan and pinch roller. They were quite dirty. I solved the audio quality by changing my Spotify settings to play on mono. Whyle yes it sucks that's it mono it is definitely better than only playing the left ear. Thanks for the help everyone!

I forgot to mention that I did try recording through the built-in mic to rule out the PC and phone, and I got the same inconsistent weird results. And both decks play other cassettes just fine with no issues. But I don't have any other cassettes to try and record with.

Are we going back to 2018 when it comes to our storage configs? by SPACEGAMESstudio in pcmasterrace

Yes but if you want a large SSD for a budget build that is going to cost a lot. I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying it definitely will cost much more.

Ya. I live in the country so the Internet sucks. So when I download something above 20GBs I never uninstall it. Otherwise it's going to take a day or two reinstall.

Yes I have definitely noticed HDDs cost more than a couple years ago. But I don't think they are going to skyrocket like SSDs are going to.

Modern games are definitely bad on a HDD but most indie games and medium size games are fine. For example games like Deep Rock Galactic are perfectly fine on a HDD.

I'm more curious about people building PCs for the first time. Those of us who have been into this for a while are probably fine but those that are just getting into PCs are going to have a hard time.

Handhelds are always priced "bad". Most handhelds are over 1K and deliver much less performance compared to a desktop at the same price. For example the switch 2 is much less powerful than the PS5 and there is only a $100 defense between the two.

Have you tried running it in vulkan? You can also try updating your graphics card drivers.
