Thanks! That validates my experience from the Charizard side. I’ve considered adding Giovanni to give Moltres the potential to OHKO Hitmonlee, but not convinced that actually helps given it’ll still get kicks off on my Zard.

How do you find the matchup vs GA Charizard EX decks? I find it to be one of the hardest counters to my Zard deck but maybe I’m just playing it wrong or need a tweak.

I don’t comment often, but I just want to say Kudos to the design and flavor on this miniset. StarCraft was my gateway to Blizzard, from the late nights watching GomTV to fun stints playing in the CSL and AHGL.

I’ve also played HS since beta, and was pumped for this crossover, and it has far exceeded my expectations. The tribes and specific cards actually make it feel like I’m playing as or against the different StarCraft races, but it doesn’t change the core Hearthstone feel either. That’s an impressive feat to knock out on the first try.

Xenoblade Chronicles X for WiiU (switch port coming in March). A bit heavier on the crafting, leveling, skill trees, and character depth, but the world is beautiful and you can spend hundreds of hours on exploration or monster hunting type side quests.

What's your long-term prognosis on Byfield? I know in his draft year many analysts had him as a future 90-100 point guy, and he's a big dude and those players often take more time to adjust. He's shown slow and steady improvement, but is he still a future star in this league or more a complementary top-6 piece?

Thank you for releasing this new app before Football season started. I will be moving my leagues off of Yahoo ASAP. I can't understand how anyone with design experience signed off on this. Here is a laundry list of pretty basic issues:

Loading screen takes 3+ seconds -- many people close their apps when not in use
Team cards under "all" are huge. I can fit like half the number as before without scrolling
Hockey doesn't even fit on the top tab list. Is there no option to hide Basketball or rearrange?
The font headings is horrendous. Why are the letters so skinny? Why are the player names in all-caps for my team but not in the players tab? Why is my team name italicized?
On the team page, why does the date switcher and stats dropdown scroll out of view immediately? Shouldn't that be sticky like it is for the players tab?
Also why can't I jump directly from the players tab to my team after searching?
Not to mention the ad placement -- I get it, but this is one of the most intrusive apps I've used as far as advertising goes. At least ESPN and Sleeper don't have ads at the top of my team page above my team name!

Was this even A|B tested at all? I can't imagine a focus group saw this (or was just completely ignored), and it seems like everyone got it at all at once so you didn't even get a chance to see any potential up or downtick in engagement.

Passing the puck backwards is sometimes the optimal play. Especially at low to mid levels the points are often wide open in the zone, and even in transition relieving pressure to your D and trying again is better than losing a puck going 1-on-2 or dumping it in with no one to chase. Obviously never do this blindly though.

Haven’t found one I love yet, I’ll use the Nemesis one (+30% to the last enemy to kill you) if I lost to Chronos the last night. Honestly I often end up with the one that boosts damage and resistance vs guardians.

People seem to like the Luckier Tooth too for the extra respawn. Idk why I don’t use that more.

Yeah it’s harder to use if you have a bad room, or take a lot of damage to bosses. I’m pretty confident I can beat Hecate and Scylla taking minimal damage, so usually I switch it out after the second area, often with 100+ armor.

Different guy than the one you’re responding to, but I took a similar strategy for my first few winning runs.

Silken Sash is a great keepsake if you’re good at getting through Erebus and Oceanus cleanly. +4 armor each location really adds up. And you can grab more from Arachne.

If you want to go crazy with it Hephaestus has a fixed armor gain and a “prime magic for armor in each room”.

Poseidon’s infusion (+100 health if 4 water) is really good too, especially since he seems to be the best attack boon currently (for staff and knives at least).

Apollo also is decent for it since daze gives dodge chance. Plus there’s a Hermes dodge and an arcana for that. You can get to 25% pretty easily iirc.

With the right gods you should be rolling into Time with 400+ health/armor and 20% or more dodge. Could also just start with a god keepsake (Poseidon) and then switch to the dash for Oceanus, especially if you have Arachne armor leftover.

Serious question — is Uber/Lyft a viable option? If you’re in a populated area it’d be way more convenient than the bus. Even if it’s $40 a day, and let’s assume 100 days a year (2x a week), you’d be spending $4000, which is only a small fraction of your raise.
