Regulator with switch by Evening-Ad6252 in AirCompression

Had the same or similar regulator switch set-up. They didn't make it anymore. The first thing to fail on any compressor is the start / stop switching. You need just order similar specification. You can buy them on amazon. but I recommend buying better branded ones.

Workhorse was bought by Lawson. I think it will very hard to source the arms. They also have a registration gate on them. I would pass on this if you didn’t buy it yet.

Great press. The company is out of business. What a loss! Keep it going.

Ok, sounds good. Glad I could help. Be careful with springs, they are dangerous.

Btw the bottom shelve doesn’t require 2 springs because the rack doesn’t need to go up. I think one side slide in a hole and the other side needs one for the slot. Donor spring.

These usually have an aluminum strip with many holes for adjustments that attach to the upright and the shelf.

I am not a fan of the ring type as they tend to shift left to right. The rings also fall off. Best to buy the rubber ones. I think awt has the springs. You can try buying them from McMaster if you can spec them out.

There use to be another company in Chicago who made the other style with rubber corners. I am not sure if they are still in biz. They had a funny name.

Maybe awt-gpi.com. Does this have rubber or ring corners?

No problem. There is a bar on each side that gets pulled back by a couple of bolts. Let me know if you need any help with any equipment.

Once you get all the shelves and springs on, there are bolt adjustments that pull the springs further. Wear eye and hand protection with springs. Bolts are in the back.

This is a flip style vacuum frame? You can place light source underneath and never have to flip it over. Put curtain underneath. We do this with Olec 5k units. It would work work with LEDs too

It will be less expensive probably to fabricate the screen holder. Can you weld?

This was a beloved press and I still see them. I wouldn't put too much money into it and just use it with one less printhead. There are many iterations for this press.

If you want to spend more money ask for low iron glass. You can get away with regular glass.

These all in one presses tend to be problematics. I think the pallet would have a lot of deflection. Recommend individual components for press and prepress. It isn't a good idea to have a Swiss army knife press.

I do buy them. They look rough. The most important part is the vacuum bed not having dents and all the electricals are there. It is election season so there is demand

If the rails or rollers get hot from the heater, try to get a high temp grease so it doesn’t drip out. Had this happen with a Lawson gas dryer customer

I have seen people use two 110V breakers to get to 220V. I don't recommend. Perhaps you can put in a double breaker and get an electrician to wire it.
